Registration Discounts and Cancellation Policies go hand in hand. Discount deadlines and cancellation policies are firm. We want to be fair. This policy enables us to best serve all of our students and applies equally to everyone.

We understand that some people have changing schedules. We need to plan. To receive any credit or refund if you will not be able to attend, you must notify us and cancel your registration within the specific timeframes, below. To cancel, you must call and email usl. Even electronic communicaton is not 100%.

We give a discount for people who can and do register early. Early registrations help everyone plan for all aspects of workshop preparation and production, for students, instructors and staff. Workshops with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled 10 days before the workshop and all fees will, of course, be returned or applied to another workshop, as you wish. Please keep this in mind when making travel and lodging arrangements for which you are responsible.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than two full weeks in advance of the start date of the training. No refunds made for students who do not show up or who are unable to attend the full workshop.

Credit for another workshop will be given for cancellations received two weeks or more before the start date of the training.

Refunds will be given for cancellations received three weeks or more before the start date of the training.

This policy is a customary and necessary part of planning events and conducting a business.
